The advantage of outlined tables is that it makes tabular data easy to enter and easy to read. Navigating the table templatesThe columns of the table templates in this file are aligned using MS Sans Serif 12 pt font, such that when you tab across the top of the table, you will stop at the beginning of the column(s). This allows you to easily enter headings at the top of each column.To enter data in the table, first enter the data in row 1, column 1. Then hit the tab key to go to row 1, column 2. Continue doing this until you have entered data in the final column of row 1. Then, rather than hit the tab key, hit the enter key. This will create a new empty row of cells directly below the current row in your table ready to be filled with data. Continue doing this until you have completed the table filled with your data. Using the table templates in this fileIf you are using MS Sans Serif 12 pt. font and the structure of the columns in this file fits your needs, you can simply copy the template to your own AZZ Cardfile.Creating your own table templatesIt's really easy to create your own outlined tables for use in AZZ Cardfile.
